2. Categories of information we collect

This website itself has no forms, no sign-up fields and no account logins, and sets no cookies of its own. The categories of information involved are:

• Usage and device information — page views, the site you arrived from, your country, and your browser and device type. Collected in aggregate and not linked to you.
• Contact information you choose to send us — your name, email address, phone number and anything else you write, if you email us.
• Booking and payment information — entered into the booking calendar described in section 7. It goes to that provider, not to this website.
• Technical information — your IP address, which is necessarily visible to the services that deliver this page to you.

3. Categories of third parties

We do not sell or trade your information. It reaches only the service providers we use to run the site and the business:

• Website hosting and visitor statistics — Vercel (privacy policy)
• Fonts — Google (privacy policy)
• Class booking — Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company (privacy policy)
• Payment processing — Square (privacy notice)
• Email — Microsoft, which hosts our mailbox

4. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for how sites should answer it, and this website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We are telling you plainly rather than leaving it unsaid. In practice our visitor statistics are counted in aggregate, set no cookies, and do not identify you or follow you to other websites.

5. Third parties collecting information on this page

Two outside services are contacted by your browser while this page loads: Vercel, which counts anonymous visits, and Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces. Loading a font means your IP address is sent to Google, which we do not control. We run no advertising networks and no cross-site tracking pixels. Our social media links are ordinary links — nothing from Facebook, Instagram or Google loads on this page or watches you while you are here.

6. Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see how many people visit and whether pages load quickly. It is cookieless and aggregated, does not identify you personally, and does not follow you to other websites.

7. Booking a class

Class booking happens inside a scheduling calendar provided by Acuity Scheduling, embedded on our registration section. Anything you enter there — your name, email and phone number — goes to Acuity, not to this website. Payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your card details.

8. Emailing us

The contact links on this site open your own email program with our address filled in. Nothing is sent through the website itself. We keep the emails you send us so we can reply and keep a record of quotes and orders.

9. Storage in your own browser

Two small settings are saved in your browser so the site behaves properly:

• taborTheme — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
• taborPromo — remembers that you have already seen a promotion, so it is not shown to you over and over.

These stay on your device, are not cookies, and are not used to track you. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.

10. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not run advertising or ad-tracking pixels.
• We do not add you to a mailing list.
• We do not share your information with anyone except the service providers listed in section 3.

11. Children

This site is intended for businesses and for adults arranging safety training. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. Reviewing or deleting your information

You can block the visitor statistics with an ad-blocker or your browser’s privacy settings, and the site will work normally. To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email safety@taborcollc.com or call 901-948-0003 and we will help.

13. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the page itself.
