This site describes our training and products and provides a link to our booking calendar. It is not an online store. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price, and no order or booking exists until we confirm it.
Information on this site about CPR, first aid, AEDs, bloodborne pathogens or workplace safety is general information only. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for professional medical care, and not a substitute for hands-on training from a certified instructor. Never rely on this website to treat anyone.
Our classes follow American Heart Association guidelines and are taught by certified instructors. Completion cards are issued by the certifying body under its own rules, not ours.
Class booking and payment are handled by Acuity Scheduling and Square, not by this website. Their terms and their processing apply to your booking. The cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms that apply are those shown to you at the time of booking. If anything is unclear, call us on 901-948-0003 before you book.
We may need to reschedule or cancel a class — for example if an instructor is unavailable or too few people enrol. If we do, we will contact you to rebook or arrange a refund of what you paid us for that class.
Discount codes apply only to what the promotion says, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Where a code is entered at checkout, it must be applied at the time of booking — we cannot apply it afterwards.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, TABORCO, LLC and its owners, employees and instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to use this site lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or republish its content for a competing commercial purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us when booking or requesting a quote.
The TABORCO, LLC name, logo, text, photographs and page design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and you agree to that venue.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
